Vikram Mahidhar is an entrepreneur, innovator, and advisor. At Genpact, he leads the Digital Transformation business to drive large-scale transformation using artificial intelligence, analytics, intelligent automation, and cloud services.

He joined Genpact as part of the company’s purchase in 2017 of Rage
Frameworks, a leader in knowledge-based automation technology and services providing artificial intelligence for enterprises. At Rage, he was part of the executive team and led the creation of the company’s AI solutions business.

Mr. Mahidhar also spent a decade at Deloitte in various leadership roles, including building its advanced analytics products and services business, leading a multi-billion-dollar audit business, and establishing strategy and operations in emerging markets. His insights are frequently published in such media outlets as Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, and The Wall Street Journal.

He has graduate degrees from MIT and Boston University. He currently is
entrepreneur-in-residence at University of Massachusetts-Amherst, College of Computer Science.
