Subhadaa Reddimasi is head of Application Modernization and Cloud Adoption at Wells Fargo. Her team is accountable for creation of cloud blueprints, modernization techniques and factory model(s) required to uplift, modernize and migrate Well Fargo’s application portfolio to cloud.

Ms. Reddimasi is an industry leader and expert in Application Architecture domain. Prior to Wells Fargo, she was head of Cloud Architecture, Chief Application Architect, and Chief Architect for Data and Analytics at JP Morgan Chase. She has led the firm through technology and organizational transformations needed for adopting modern engineering and architectural practices including cloud and microservices. She has 25 years of financial services experience, focusing on building highly resilient, scalable, distributed applications enabling critical business strategies. She has also worked with several Wall Street firms, including Goldman Sachs, Citibank, and ABN AMRO, leading them through their customer-oriented transformations.

In addition to her technology passion, Ms. Reddimasi is an evangelist for diversity, leading the women’s enrichment pillar at Wells Fargo as well as being an ally for the LGBTQ community within and outside of Wells Fargo. Ms. Reddimasi has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras and has completed the Management Executive Program at Boston University.
