As Cisco’s Chief Digital Officer, Fletcher Previn leads a team of approximately 5,000 with the mission of elevating the work experience for Cisco employees.  Leading with human-centered design, he is an unwavering advocate for a user-first mentality and has an established reputation for leading large organizations through significant transformations. He has extensive experience bringing Agile ways of working to large, complex organizations, transforming IT infrastructure, as well as modernizing the tools and applications used by employees every day.

Prior to joining Cisco in 2021, Mr. Previn served as IBM’s CIO for four years. A systems engineer by training, he holds various industry engineering certifications.
