Michelle has been working in the drug and device development industry for 30 years. As Chief Data Officer at Parexel she presently leads the development of Parexel’s real world data capability, working closely with her colleagues to solve the challenges to the use of real-world data in clinical research, as well as leads Parexel’s enterprise data governance. As CDO, she is focused on Parexel’s culture surrounding its data as its asset and the value to be created from it. As a leader, Michelle is committed to establishing inclusive, invested, innovative teams that transform clinical development for the benefit of patients.
